AAS announces the forced sale of pledged securities of a Client who is an Insider of a Public Company as follows:1. Information about the security holder:– Full name: Nguyễn Thị Việt Loan- Current position at the public company: Member of the Board of Directors of Riverway Management Joint Stock Company No. 32. Information about the securities expected to be foreclosed:– Security code expected to be foreclosed: DS3- Expected number of securities to be sold: 125,000 shares.The aforementioned number of securities is the estimated quantity for foreclosure, calculated based on the security price at the time AAS issues this announcement. The actual number of securities foreclosed by AAS may be adjusted due to changes in security prices, leading to changes in the value of the collateral.3. Expected transaction execution time: from May 06, 2022.Regardless of the issuance of this Announcement, the forced sale of the client’s securities may be considered for suspension depending on market developments and the Lender’s decision, without prior notice regarding the suspension of the client’s forced sale of securities.
